Customized glass slides can be manufactured and assembled with the other materials and substrates to form integrated devices. We have automated glass cleaning station to clean and dry the glass chips before assembly. Our manufacturing cleanroom and certain surface treatment procedures prevent particles and fiber to stick on the glass chip before assembly.
